Privacy Policy: Protecting your privacy is a top priority for us. We are in the business of selling snowboard, skateboard, and lifestyle gear not personal information. MonsterHutch.com has created this privacy policy in order to disclose our information gathering practices for this website.

What we collect: We may collect your name, address, and phone number. We need this information to complete and process your order. This info is viewed only by the owners and employees of MonsterHutch.com if they are involved in the completion, delivery, or customer support of your order. How this information is used: The order is processed and kept in our confidential files for record keeping purposes. All paper data is destroyed on a bi-monthly basis via document-shredder. Credit Card information. Your credit card is not charged until we view your order and pull the product. Your credit card numbers are NEVER stored on the internet. How this information is used: Once the order is processed, the credit card information is deleted and must be reinserted next time you make a purchase with us. Email address: We may request your email address to contact you if we have a question about your order. This information may be disclosed to trusted person/s working together w/ MonsterHutch.com if they are involved in the completion, delivery, or customer support of your order. How this information is used: Customers that open an account may receive notifications of new product, promotions, discounts, and updated info on our website.

Legal Disclosure: We reserve the right to monitor, and disclose to, government officials or law officials w/out your consent, any communications & personally identifiable information, whenever prompted to do so by legal authorities, even when you have requested that your info not be released to 3rd parties. Any rights not expressed granted herein are reserved.

Terms of Use: The contents of MonsterHutch.com is provided “AS-IS” and may contain errors or inaccuracies & may not be complete or current(We strive to be 100% accurate but “stuff” happens) We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies (including after an order has been submitted) and to modify, change, or update information (including pricing and/or product code numbers), at any time w/out prior notice. We reserve the right to change this policy @ any time & will post any changes w/ their effective date.

Shipping: We do most all of the shipping & receiving through U.S.P.S, on occasion we use U.P.S.(if it is cost effective). There is a fixed shipping price per item for products shipped in the continental U.S., (Hawaii residents different rates apply). All packages get shipped USPS 1st Class, or Priority Mail. All USA orders receive a delivery confirmation so that you can track your package. For international orders, and any other questions please contact shipping@monsterhutch.com for shipping quotes and queries.

Return Policy: Before you can return your product, you must email monsterhutch.com, at sales@monsterhutch.com and get an authorized return number. Any packages that are simply returned will get simply sent back to the “smart “guy or girl” who failed to read the fine print.” If you are returning a package either for: exchange, or to refund your credit card, please note the following. Absolutely NO used items are accepted for return. UNUSED item/s with all the original tags & packaging must be postmarked to MonsterHutch w/in 10 days of receiving your product for a full refund of the purchase price. (This does not include shipping charges.) After the 10 day time frame you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY do not accept damaged goods, ie, dirty, scratched, your dog chewed on it, basically anything that is not “LIKE NEW” condition. If monsterhutch deems the product not resellable we reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee. Examples of such negligence would include but not limited to: product sent to us w/out the original packaging, torn, loose, obvious signs the product was used (PB & J stain on the shirt……not gonna fly), tags missing on clothing, or any clothing returned w/ animal hair….Not cool at all. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS We can refund the shipping costs, if it is a “monsterhutch error”. Please include a copy of your receipt w/ your explanation for return or exchange. Please include your order number and return address to speed this process up.
